EXTRA-79418 - USA (Norfolk, Virginia) - Mobile Telescoping Surveillance Units Supply and Services - Deadline December 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile telescoping surveillance units supply and services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA. – Provide a complete, turnkey Mobile Security Unit (MSU) program for perimeter detection, deterrence, and alert–based monitoring, capable of supporting temporary, mobile, and rapidly deployable surveillance needs across its facilities, service areas, and operational environments. – The solution shall provide perimeter detection, visible deterrence, live and recorded video access, automated alerting, remote monitoring and secure cloud–based administration where fixed infrastructure or hardwired connectivity is unavailable, impractical, or not cost–effective.– Provide lease and/or purchase options for mobile telescoping surveillance towers, inclusive of all required hardware, software, Cloud/SaaS, connectivity, power systems, applications, configuration, support, maintenance, training, warranty services, and documentation necessary for full operational use by agency. – The solution shall support secure remote access, preferably through agency–approved single sign–on (SSO) and shall be scalable, field–ready, and suitable for use in transit, maintenance, administrative, public facing, and other HRT–managed environments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 13, 2026.
