(1) Vendor needs to provide envelope printer service to the government authority located in IA.• commercial production envelope printing system designed for high–volume, continuousoperation in a production environment• The system must provide high–speed throughput while maintaining professional–quality print output. Desktop, personal–use, or light–duty office envelope printers are not acceptable.        • The following are manadatory specification for the printer. – Minimum envelope size:  3 x 3.5– Max envelope size:  12 x 15.5– Production resolution:  600 x 600– Pantone color matching– Printer needs to be Inkjet– Must be able to print 70,000 evelopes per month– The Contractor must provide qualified service technicians capable of responding to service requests during normal business hours.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
