CLEANING-13618 - USA (aloha, Hawaii) - Custodial and Maintenance Services - Deadline September 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial and maintenance services to the government authority located in aloha, HI.• All cleaning work and treatment shall be accomplished in accordance with the manufacturer’s direction and or listed specifications and industry standard applicable to the Professional Cleaning and Restoration Industry.– Custodial and Maintenance Task Frequency Matrix – the Contractor shall use the chart as a guideline for the frequency and duration of each maintenance task.• Emergency Cleaning. Upon notification by the Engineer, the Contractor shall respond within two (2) hours during regular working hours.• The Contractor shall perform emergency cleaning due to broken or leaking pipes, sinks, or other occurrences requiring immediate attention to restore an area to its normal cleanliness.• The Engineer or authorized representative reserves the right to stop work at any time, to include but not limited to hazardous conditions or unsafe act because of the Contractor’s custodial operations or failure to follow a contractual requirement.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
