DEBT-2155 - USA (Kentucky) - Student Accounts Receivables and Loan Receivables Service - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide student accounts receivables and loan receivables service to the government authority located in Kentucky. – Third–party collection agencies to provide collection, recovery, and related account management services for delinquent student accounts receivable and institutional loan receivable accounts.– Provide comprehensive collection services, including pre–collection activities, traditional collection efforts, skip tracing, account location services, payment processing support, account reporting, and other recovery strategies designed to maximize collections while maintaining positive relationships with current and former students, borrowers, and agency stakeholders.– Provide collection services for unpaid student accounts receivable balances.– In addition to student accounts receivable, the agency may assign delinquent departmental receivable accounts for collection.– The selected supplier shall provide collection services for delinquent institutional and federally regulated loan receivables(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
