(1) Vendor needs to provide infill housing development gap financing program services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.– This initiative is designed to address housing gaps, improve neighbourhood stability, and increase access to quality housing.– Housing developers to support the development and completion of infill housing projects within the city.– Provide gap financing assistance of up to $15,000 per project to eligible applicants who demonstrate financial need and project readiness.• Encourage the development of vacant or underutilized residential lots (infill housing).• Support the completion of partially developed housing projects.• Provide financial assistance to bridge funding gaps.• Increase the availability of safe, affordable, and quality housing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
