(1) Vendor needs to provide public health communications contractor service to the government authority located in city.    – Contractor will collaborate with public health staff to translate technical healthcare guidelines and community initiatives into accessible public–facing content.     – Content creation, graphic design, and copywriting optimized for platforms including Facebook and Instagram.– Short–form video production.– Local newspaper content.– Social media management.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
