CSE-25072 - USA (Hastings, Michigan) - Video Surveillance Camera and Intercom Hardware Services - Deadline November 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide video surveillance camera and intercom hardware services to the government authority located in Hastings, MI.– Technology vendors and system integrators to replace existing security camera hardware and video doorbell intercom systems across district facilities.1. Camera Replacement (1–for–1):○ Replace all legacy Axis cameras and Avigilon H3 series cameras across all district facilities, remove .2. Video Doorbell Intercom Replacements:○ Remove and replace existing legacy Aiphone intercom units across six (6) school buildings with Avigilon Video Door Intercoms (or equivalent Avigilon IP door stations)3. Software & Licensing:○ Include appropriate Avigilon Alta Video licenses for every newly installed camera and video doorbell unit.4. Mounting Hardware:○ Include all necessary mounting brackets, adapter plates, junction boxes, and weather–proofing hardware required to securely mount new Avigilon hardware onto existing surfaces/junction boxes.5. Legacy Hardware Removal & Disposal:○ The vendor is responsible for the physical removal, disposal (or return to District upon request) of all replaced Axis, Avigilon H3, and Aiphone hardware and 8 decommissioned Axis cameras.6. Optional Cabling (Separate Line Item):○ Existing Ethernet cabling (Cat5e/Cat6) is expected to be reused for most replacement locations(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
