(1) Vendor needs to provide park design and engineering, recreation and cultural services to the government authority located in Washington.– Provide parks, trails and cultural landscape architecture design, civil engineering and public outreach including, but not limited to, surveying, geotechnical, permit assistance, trail, road and parking lot design, grading, stormwater, water and sewer design, playground design, landscape and irrigation design, presentation graphics for grants and public outreach, construction inspections and administration or other related services.– Provide and facilitate community outreach including but not limited to mailings, advertisements and online surveys to explore program element and design option preferences. – Prepare online surveys gauging public interest in park amenities and theme – Prepare notifications or informational mailings (excluding postage) – Prepare all materials for display or handouts at public meetings, online surveys and project websites (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
