(1) Vendor needs to provide governance capacity building and strategic advisory services.– This engagement is to strengthen the board’s governance systems, strategic practices, organizational capacity, and accountability structures as it carries out its responsibilities under restored local governance.– A strategic governance partner, building upon work already completed and providing assessment, planning, implementation support, strategic advising, organizational development, and capacity building. – This engagement is intended to advance the board from governance preparation and development to sustained implementation, with an emphasis on establishing effective and sustainable governance systems and practices.– Governance assessment and strategic planning– Strategic governance advising and implementation– Board effectiveness and board–superintendent governance– Governance systems and organizational capacity– Continuous improvement and sustainability(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
