(1) Vendor needs to provide artificial intelligence and emerging technologies service.– Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies for agency–specific initiatives in preparation for this year’s emerging technology expo being held on October 1, 2026.– AI–powered assistants that answer questions, process requests, and guide citizens through complexservices in plain language.– Digital service delivery Mobile–first experiences that reduce wait times and eliminate unnecessary paperwork.– Cybersecurity Protecting citizens, employees, and critical systems from evolving threats.– AI governance and responsible AI Frameworks, policies, and oversight mechanisms for ethical, accountable AI deployment(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
