Description
The Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS)/Division of Community Services (CS) is seeking a contract worker to provide structured training, technical assistance, system troubleshooting, and compliance support for subgrantees and internal staff. The role serves as a key technical and operational resource for the Virtual ROMA Client Tracking System, overseeing system-user support, ticket resolution, vendor coordination, data analysis, quality assurance, and system updates. The term of this contract will be for one (1) year with options to enter into a new contract for additional year(s).
