(1) Vendor needs to provide landfill and solid waste management consulting services to the government authority located in Lakeport, CA.– Providing professional consulting services supporting the county's ownership, operation, planning, engineering, environmental compliance, regulatory compliance, capital improvements, franchise administration, and long–term management of the sanitary landfill and related solid waste management program.– Landfill includes active disposal areas, environmental monitoring systems, landfill gas collection systems, leachate collection systems, stormwater management facilities, supporting infrastructure, heavy equipment, and associated capital assets.– Residential and commercial solid waste collection, recycling, and related services within the unincorporated area.– While collection, hauling, recycling, and customer service functions are provided by the agency franchise hauler, the retains responsibility for ownership and operation of the landfill, environmental compliance, permitting, engineering, capital improvements, franchise administration, financial oversight, grant administration, strategic planning, and long–term solid waste management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
