(1) Vendor needs to provide creative district marketing services. • Marketing professional or firm to assist with promoting the creative district through strategic communications, social media management, digital content creation, photography, videography, and marketing support• Increase awareness of the creative district, highlight local events and businesses, showcase public art and placemaking efforts, and promote the district as a vibrant destination for residents and visitors.• Social media management: develop and implement a social media strategy for the creative district.• Create original content for Facebook, Instagram, and other appropriate platforms.• Develop monthly content calendars.• Provide regular reporting on social media performance.• Content development: write engaging copy for digital marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.• Creative District events, public art installations.• Photography and videography: capture professional photography and short–form video content throughout the creative district • Create visual assets suitable for social media, website use, print materials, and promotional campaigns.• Edit and deliver high–resolution images and digital–ready content• Assist in promoting grants, public art projects, business initiatives, and district events.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
