CONS-21410 - USA (Indiana) - Dual Capacity Project Service - Deadline July 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide dual capacity project service to the government authority located in Indiana. – Discovery and Design - Review existing family engagement practices, structures, and data.- Facilitate listening sessions with educators, families, and community partners, including Moorhead and building–level staff.- Map current work to the Dual Capacity essential conditions and identify gaps.- Identify, and possibly connect, district leadership with other schools and districts who use this framework.– Capacity–Building Plan - Co–create a 2–3 year implementation roadmap with phases, milestones, and realistic expectations.- Collaborate with district stakeholders to design and implement specialized student tracking processes within the Synergy Student Information System (SIS)- Design leadership learning experiences for school leaders and key district leaders focused on leading family–school partnership work.– Implementation Support and Coaching - Provide coaching to district and school teams as they implement the framework.– Monitoring and Reporting- Recommend a manageable set of practical indicators (process and outcome) to monitor implementation quality and impact.- Provide tools (e.g., rubrics, walkthroughs, surveys) Warren can sustain after the contract period.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.(3) An Optional virtual pre–proposal conference will be held on June 16, 2026.
