(1) Vendor needs to provide lobbying services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ. – To provide legislative advocacy, strategic planning, oversee professional and volunteer lobbying efforts, assist with organizational priorities, assist with negotiations and involvement in joint venture opportunities.– Assess opportunities associated with economic stimulus package(s). – Monitor agency testimony, and complete and submit appropriations forms and Fiscal Year legislative briefing materials. – Develop appropriations project white papers for development/inclusion in legislative briefing materials. – Outline priorities for relevant departments. – Review and assess accomplishments/challenges associated with the funding cycle. – Establish clear priorities and objectives for the coming year. – Continue Hill advocacy and outreach related to appropriations/authorization priorities. – Pay courtesy/introductory visits to key delegation offices. – Meet with relevant federal agency staff regarding upcoming authorization legislation, regulatory matters, and federal rulemaking.– Engage agency officials to meet with members of congress.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
