EXTRA-70765 - USA (Palmer, Alaska) - Construct Household Hazardous Waste Facility Services - Deadline July 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construct household hazardous waste facility services to the government authority located in Palmer, AK.• The new Solid Waste Household Hazardous Waste Facility in Palmer will be operated by the Solid Waste Division of Public Works.• The project includes construction of a new metal–framed building with interior waste handling areas, loading dock, mechanical and electrical systems, interior finishes, site drop–off areas, utilities, site work, and a septic system. Power, water, and gas utilities have already been extended to the site.• The new facility will replace the existing waste drop–off building adjacent to the current scale house.• Topsoil placement and hydroseeding.• Excavation and civil work.• Installation of a new septic system.• Roadway work, paving, and striping.• Site lighting installation.• Site restoration, topsoil placement, and seeding improvements.• Metal–framed building design and construction.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 12, 2026.
