(1) Vendor needs to provide conservation corps recruitment and management services to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Recruit approximately 50 member positions (or member hour equivalent) on an annual basis.– Recruitment and training:– Recruitment, screening, training and referring of members through a nationwide search for environmental education, outreach and stewardship projects.– Implementing all–member professional development opportunities and service projects periodically throughout a contract term.– Administration:– Administration of a training program for members including topics such as program delivery techniques, first aid, defensive driving, risk management and leadership development.– Providing sufficient protective and branded clothing to be easily identifiable to the public while serving in sites, along with all necessary safety equipment.– Performance and evaluation:– Evaluating program effectiveness through participant surveys or similar tools.– Monitoring and evaluating members through meetings with host site staff and relevant supervisors frequently.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
