(1) Vendor needs to provide urban urban trail walking tour platform to plan, develop, and implement a mobile–first, web–based cultural experience hosted in coordination with website.– The platform will utilize QR codes, mobile geolocation, and interactive web features to guide users through a curated sequence of sites while delivering culturally grounded storytelling and educational content.    – Services necessary to plan, design, develop, and implement the cultural corridor experience, including content creation, user experience design, QR code system development, and coordination with third–party platform.– Video, audio, or other similar multimedia materials will not be considered during the evaluation of written proposals.– Platform development coordination.– Interactive content and visitor engagement.– Wayfinding and movement through content.– Business and community integration.– Marketing content development.– Cultural content integration– QR code system development. – Secondary hosting coordination  – Content performance insights.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
