Faculty Information Management System-242-27-0002-AS

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation is to identify and procure a fully realized, off-the-shelf a Faculty Information System (FIS) for faculty activity reporting, annual reviews and the creation of electronic dossiers for the review, promotion, and tenure. The vendor, with demonstrated higher education experience and higher education devoted platforms and services, will need to provide all personnel and labor, materials, suppliers, equipment, etc. and all services related to creating, storing, securely sharing, submitting, and reviewing/electronic approvals. Specific services required include creating templates, in consultation with Christopher Newport stakeholders, for all faculty modules that organize all required elements.
