RFQ #26-0648 - Wyoming State Fair Dormitories Level I and Level II Studies

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Agriculture, Wyoming State Fair (Procuring Agency), will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) until 1:00 p.m. MT on June 11, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system from licensed architects and engineers for the Wyoming State Fair Dormitories Level I and Level II Studies at the Wyoming State Fair in Douglas, WY. Project Description: The successful professional service provider will be responsible for the Level I and Level II studies for the Fort Bridger, Fort Laramie, and Fort Bonneville dormitories. A most cost-effective remedy approach will be conducted in consultation with the Wyoming State Fair’s needs to determine the best approach forward for maintenance and rehabilitation of the three dormitory buildings. Cost estimating services will be incorporated in to this work. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective proposers via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. on June 4, 2026. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. on May 28, 2026, will not be addressed. Note: All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document.
