(1) Vendor needs to provide armored courier services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.• Securely receive, receipt, transport, and deliver city funds, securities, and other valuables in the same sealed and documented condition in which they were collected, to the consignee designated by the city.• Receive from bank and deliver change orders as requested by city, within one business day of request.• Maintain secure, auditable chain–of–custody procedures for all items transported, including documentation, signatures, and tamper–evident seals.• Maintain a fully staffed and operational office within the metro area, with personnel authorized to address contract–related matters during normal business hours. Provide a responsive primary point of contact for all city communications and service needs.• Communicate all schedule or service changes directly with the DOF cash and investments division. Route or service changes may not be made unilaterally between the contractor and individual agency locations.• Provide GPS–monitored vehicles and maintain real–time tracking capabilities available to the city upon request.• Maintain all necessary federal, state, and local licenses, certifications, and permits relevant to armored courier operations.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
