(1) Vendor needs to provide 24–hour traffic counts services to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY.– Project to collect 24–hour volumes within the agency urban area.– 300 standard counts 24–hour volume counts. (date, time and total volume).– 100 specialized counts 24–hour Volume Counts with heavy trucks classifications and 85% speeds. (date, time, classification, speed and total volume).– All counts, including any recounts that may be required, need to be collected during the months of September and November 2026.– Contractor shall communicate to the project manager on locations when counts will be collected via email.– Counts will be collected during Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.– Permit will need to be applied for from the city (no fee), proper licensing to work.– Construction, bad weather needs to be avoided.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
