Vendor needs to provide branding consultant service to assist in the rebranding of organization name and logo. – Facilitate discussions of key staff and board members to develop new name(s) and branding.– Create design through iterative processes with key staff and board members.– Develop implementation plans for new materials and digital assets.– Strategy memo, including key goals for process and timeline for workplan.– Research report from discovery phase, including insights from stakeholder interviews, materials review, and competitive analysis of peer organizations.– Naming: creation and presentation of short list of potential names, followed by final naming document, based on decision by stakeholders. Note that we may require two names, depending on outcome of strategy discussions. Proposals may reflect two scenarios – one with a new name.– Logo: Presentation of logo concepts, followed by final logo and design files. Note that we may require two logos, depending on the outcome of strategy discussions. Proposals may reflect two scenarios – one with a new logo.– Design guidelines: Updated design guidelines for the organization.
