(1) Vendor needs to provide website content management system. – Provide modern agency hosted Content Management System (CMS). – The new CMS must replace the existing legacy platforms, that rely on hard–coded updates and lack the features needed to serve agency staff and public audiences effectively.– Provide solution that improves accessibility, usability, content management efficiency, integration capabilities, brand cohesion, and technical compliance across all agency websites.– Deploy a unified Content Management system (CMS).– Provide user friendly drag and drop editing– Support multiple editors with role–based administrative controls– Integrate modern features such as calendars, data visualization, and embedded feeds– Reduce reliance on HTML and manual coding– Design and share 2–3 mock website templates (include secondary page designs) for the new websites utilizing a content management system.– Identify and share other creative enhancements and opportunities for the State to embark on during this development process.– Assist with migrating content over from current sites.• Phases:– Discovery and requirements confirmation– CMS setup and configuration– Content migration and validation– Feature integration (payments, newsletters, microsites, analytics, branding)– Testing (UAT, accessibility, functional testing)– Training and documentation– Go live and support(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
