The Wellness Center will house the Medical Clinic, the Human Services Agency, satellite offices of the District Attorney's Office, and the Treasure-Tax Collector. The construction includes Mass Timber and Cross Laminated Timber and will be designed per the County Green Building Policy to be all-electric, and LEED Certified.</p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;\">Bids will be received<strong> until 5:00 p.m.&nbsp; January 5, 2026. </strong>All Bids must be submitted via online through County&rsquo;s OpenGov <a style=\"color: rgb(70, 120, 134); text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/smcgov/projects/219700\">https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/smcgov/projects/219700</a>. &nbsp;Qualification packages which describe the general scope of services and requirements of the submission of qualifications can be obtained through the County&rsquo;s OpenGov online portal.</p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;\">A mandatory pre-proposal site walk thru on<span> </span>Tuesday, Dec 16<sup>th</sup>, 2025, at 1:00 pm<strong>,</strong> to be held at 1024 Mission RD, South San Francisco, CA 94080. All attendees are to meet at the Project Site. Attendees must sign in by scheduled time. The County shall have the discretion to bar attendees who fail to arrive by scheduled time from signing in if the circumstances warrant.</p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt;\">The County will evaluate submissions in accordance with evaluation criteria established in this IFB.&nbsp; The County of San Mateo Project Development Unit reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality, to reject portions of the proposals, to waive technicalities and to award.</p>",
