(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing video service.• Produce a 3–5–minute marketing video that highlights the command’s mission, capabilities, and operational impact• This video will serve to educate Sailors, joint service members, and Navy leadership on the critical role agency plays in advancing military medicine.• Production Requirements:• Estimated Production Length: 1 three to five–minute video• Visuals:a) New Video Footage – a minimum of 90%b) Stock Footage – a minimum of 10%c) Graphics & Text Slates – a minimum of 30% (Overlaps New & Stock Footage)• Audio:a) Off–Camera Narration – a minimum of 100%b) Stock Music – Through–out• Distribution:a) Internet & Social for Public Release• The contractor shall provide all Rough Cut & On–Line edit reviews electronically viathe company’s website or password protected public video sharing website in a.wmv or .mov format.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Total Small Business Set–Aside (FAR 19.5)
