(1) Vendor needs to provide excess workers compensation insurance services.• Reduce workers' compensation costs by self–insuring a portion of its workers' compensation risk to reduce direct costs and maximize indirect cost savings by capturing the cash flow savings associated with self–insurance.• Establish a stable workers' compensation program and enter into a long–term relationship with a financially strong stop–loss carrier.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
