Vendor needs to provide HR support and advisory services.1. General legal advice and support:– Support the continuing compliance of HR activity and audits. – General IR / ER / legislative queries and guidance on best practice approaches.2. ER support:– To lead or be the HR representative on IR / ER investigations, outcome meetings or appeals as required – this includes all administration of role i.e., interviews, typing up of interview notes, recommendations and report writing.– Provision of legal services for supporting court cases.– This includes legal representation, case preparation, and attendance.– If the appointed contractor was the investigator, decision maker or is called as a witness, attendance at court is necessary.
