(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development specialist service. • Provides strategic leadership, management, organization, direction, and supervision of all operations and activities of the county’s economic development program.• Researches, develops, implements, manages, and administers programs and plans for economic development and capital planning.• Publishing monthly newsletters; responding to business and development inquiries, providing resource webpages, coordinating business educational services and trainings, and identifying and addressing needs in the business community.• Creates and implements entrepreneurial and business development strategies and projects.• Plans, monitors, and promotes businesses to the region, further enhancing the economic development of that region; supports agriculture, agritourism, tourism, and other outreach initiatives.• Revises economic development website and produces public materials and reports; researches software options to improve efficiency of economic development programming; and reviews and edits economic development plans and documents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
