(1) Vendor needs to provide court attorney and trainer services to the government authority located in Richmond, KY.– Attorney and trainers will serve in the role of defense attorneys in mock trial settings that arebased on cases that students have worked on during the course of their training.– Attorney and trainers will review students' paperwork and materials prior to the courtroom exercise, cross–examine the students on their testimony, and critique the students' performances as to their paperwork and materials presented on their testimony given during the mock trial.– Each attorney and trainer may conduct up to a maximum of thirteen sessions per fiscal year.– Attorney and trainers ensure mock trial scenarios and courtroom exercises align with the classroom material, which focuses heavily on: 1. Search and Seizure 2. Penal Code 3. Criminal Statutory Law.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
