(1) Vendor needs to provide solarize campaigns service.• Solarize campaigns use a limited–time, group–purchasing model to make going solar more affordable: residents who sign up together are matched with a single vetted installer offering a volume discount, and organizations would provide the vetting process, bulk–pricing structure, and unbiased education residents need to decide with confidence.• The campaign will provide residents with a trusted pathway to learn about solar, compare options and access competitive pricing from qualified installers.• The campaign will use a group–buying model to aggregate local demand, vet solar installers, connect residents with qualified solar installers and provide educational materials to interested residents.• Installer selection & bidding – Run a competitive bidding process among qualified solar installers to secure the best group rate for the campaign.• Create marketing and communications – Develop the marketing and communications materials that promote the campaign and drive sign–ups across the community.• Registration & personalized offers – Build a resident–facing site where homeowners register and receive their personalized solar offer based on their home.• Demonstrated presence and trust within one or more cities in running a similar campaign• Experience running or supporting community sign–up drives, info sessions, or canvassing campaigns• Willingness to work with the condensed campaign structure and timeline(2) The contract period will be for one year.
