(1) Vendor needs to provide lead–based inspectors and risk assessors service to the government authority located in Chelsea, MA. – Providing comprehensive environmental inspection, testing, and risk assessment services in support of the city.– These services are central to the city’s efforts to identify and address environmental health hazards in residential properties, particularly those related to lead exposure.– Provide a full range of lead–based paint inspection and risk assessment services designed to identify and document lead hazards in residential properties.– These services shall be performed using X–ray fluorescence (XRF) technology.– Perform dust wipe sampling and clearance testing services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
