(1) Vendor needs to provide refugee medical screening and immunization service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Provide initial medical screening and immunization services to newly arriving refugees and other eligible persons.– Ensure follow–up with medical issues identified in an overseas medical examination.– Identify persons with communicable diseases of potential public health importance.– Enable a refugee to successfully resettle by identifying personal health conditions that, if left unidentified, could adversely affect their ability to effectively resettle.– Provide primary care or refer refugees to primary care providers for ongoing health care.
