EXTRA-78667 - USA (Norwalk, Connecticut) - Bridges Inspection and Evaluation Services - Deadline November 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bridges inspection and evaluation services to the government authority located in Norwalk, CT. – Provide professional engineering services for the following project: inspection and evaluation of agency–owned bridges 20 feet or less in length. – This project will involve researching the location of structures by working directly with agency staff. – After the locations have been determined, an initial “screening survey” will be performed, which will involve a field visit, limited visual inspection and preparation of an assessment form.– A compilation report of findings and determination of bridges requiring a full inspection will then be prepared. – Bridges requiring a full inspection will be revisited for a full, more thorough inspection which may include measuring components for analysis or future monitoring of their condition, This would include determining bridge component dimensions, material types, and obtaining any required geometric measurements.– Culverts may require shape measurements to determine if any deformation is present.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
