Project Description: This Project consists of the following elements of Work: Stabilize approximately 210 feet of sloped areas along the Taylor Creek trail by constructing micropiles and a concrete grade beam, make temporary and permanent improvements to the boardwalk and small bridges along the trail needed for construction equipment access, soil restoration in disturbed areas (vegetation restoration to be done by others), construct a temporary sewer bypass, and construct a 10-foot extension of two existing stormwater culverts. Engineer's Estimate: $1,800,000 (without sales tax) Project Location: This Project is located in southeast Seattle in Lakeridge Park starting at the Taylor Creek trail entrance at 68 th Ave S & Holyoke Way S (north end of project site) and continuing south approximately 2,000 feet along the trail
