(1) Vendor needs to provide bank courier services to the government authority located in Green Bay, WI.– Provide secure, reliable, timely, and accountable bank courier services.– Schedule pickup of deposits from designated locations.– Secure transportation of deposits to the designated financial institution of deposit location.– Verification and documentation of each pickup and delivery.– Chain–of–custody control from the time a deposit is received until delivery is completed.– Timely notification of delays, discrepancies, incidents, or other exceptions.– Secure handling and transportation in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.– Provision of qualified, trained, and properly supervised courier personnel.– Provision and maintenance of suitable vehicles and equipment.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
