Vendor needs to provide landscape maintenance services to the government authority located in Shelby Township, MI.– Mowing and trimming of the median areas – note: mowing should be done every other week during the growing season and more often if growth demands or less often as needed.– Mulching of the lawn clippings.– Removal of all debris, trash, or litter at the time of cutting in median and beds, including sweeping the sidewalk areas to maintain a neat appearance.– Fertilization of lawn– spring (pre–emergent) and summer and fall.– Spring and during the growing season.– Weeding of all beds either by hand pulling or applying appropriate herbicide as needed.– Trimming trees and shrubs as needed, including removal of dead areas.– Mulch will be cultivated, refreshed, and maintained at appropriate levels as needed to promote a clean, healthy, and well–maintained appearance.
