(1) Vendor needs to provide architect services to the government authority located in Texas.– Perform on–site reviews for architectural quality, verifying progress payments for work performed. • Review and analyse proposed change orders, making recommendations to regarding design scope and cost impacts. • Receive, log, and review submittals for completeness and accuracy; distribute for evaluation. • Maintain project diary or log describing notable events, design issues, and observations. • Document construction progress with photographs, including items not visible in final construction. • Review and verify contractor’s record drawings, ensuring updates to reflect architectural changes and completed work. – Inspect architectural elements of construction for progress, workmanship, and conformance to contract documents and codes. – Coordinate and track special inspections and material testing related to architectural scope. – Review inspection and testing reports for conformance to drawings and specifications. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
