(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Madras, OR. • Daily:– Clean all entryway glass and frames.– Sweep or vacuum entryway floors inside and outside.– Dust mop the main hallways.– Disinfect all water fountains.– Clean all restroom sinks, toilets, door handles, and walls with disinfectant cleaner.– Mop restroom floors with disinfectant cleaner.– Ensure all towel, toilet paper, seat cover, and soap dispensers are full.– Empty sanitary napkin disposal units and replace liner. Disinfect unit.– Polish all restroom mirrors and chrome fixtures.– Wipe down all public use counters.– Remove fingerprints, dirt smudges, graffiti, etc. from all doors, frames, glass partitions, windows, light switches, elevator call buttons, elevator doors and jambs, and elevator interiors.– Wipe down elevator call button panels.– Vacuum elevator carpeting and threshold.– Wipe and polish rails on elevator walls.– Wipe down elevator doors – inside and outside.– Sweep interior stairwells and wipe down handrails.– Empty exterior ashtray and trash receptacle.• Weekly:– Keep restroom floor drains filled with water and/or deodorizer.– Empty outside trash receptacles– Damp mop all tile floors.– Wipe down all walls.– Vacuum all carpets.– Wipe down or vacuum all windowsills.– Clean all cobwebs from entryways.• Monthly:– Dust all high–reach areas, including tops of door frames, structural and furniture edges, air conditioning diffusers, louvers, tops of partitions, picture frames, blinds, and other areas not reached in nightly or weekly services.• Annually:– Scrub/strip and wax all uncarpeted floors.– Clean all supply and return air vents.– Empty debris and wipe clean all overhead lights.– Clean window blinds.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026.
