(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based donor registry development, implementation and maintenance service. • Maintain a consumer–focused website that provides transparency in health care by offering consumers information about health care services, costs, and quality of care• Provide links to informational/educational websites relevant to organ donations, develop and implement educational initiatives statewide, and coordinate informational/educational efforts with existing organ procurement organizations and eye or tissue banks.• Develop, implement and maintain the on–line and secure web–based donor registry in both english and spanish, as well as implement an enhanced and broad donor education initiative that will help ensure the goal of the agency.• Capacity, including hardware, software, and personnel sufficient to implement, develop and maintain the registry, and develop and carry out related educational initiatives including the development and distribution of educational and promotional materials, and community outreach events and activities.• Maintain a plan for handling complaints regarding the web–based registration process and/or educational initiatives as received by any affected parties• The Registry shall allow Internet access twenty–four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week for individuals to log on; create a secure account with a user name and password; enter donor information to include demographics, donor preferences and limitations and contact data; and re–access the Registry to review the record, edit and/or update the record or delete the record• Web–based Registry is accessible to organ procurement organizations and eye or tissue banks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
