(1) Vendor needs to provide production and mailing service. – Provide production and mailing of the solid waste residential refuse invoices.– Provide services to design, print, personalize, fold, insert and distribute, solid waste billing invoices and newsletter inserts.– Solid waste billing invoice is a document containing pertinent customer residential refuse data, a statement showing current trash pickup service amount due and other data unique to each account on record.– Solid waste billing invoices will be distributed to customers twice a fiscal year.– Services are extremely time–sensitive, to be in compliance with statutory requirements for solid waste billing.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
