The City of Hollywood, Florida (City) is seeking responses from qualified and experienced attorneys or firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor or Respondent, to provide 'Purpose for the City, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. Note: This RFQ is a re-advertisement of RFQ-168-24-SK for Special Magistrate Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to add more potential individuals into the qualifications pool to provide Special Magistrate Services. Respondents that submitted a response under RFQ-168-24-SK need not re-apply. All proposals for RFQ-179-24-SK and RFQ-168-24-SK will be unsealed at the same time.
