(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic scoreboard supplies to the government authority located in Lincoln, RI. – Provide a turn key operation which includes equipment purchase and installation and electrical installation. – Manufacturer / Baseline Model: Daktronics Model FB–2021 or EQUIVALENT. – System description: Outdoor single–sided LED football scoreboard displaying game clock, LIONS and GUEST scores, DOWN, TO GO, BALL ON, and QTR (quarter). Option for T.O.L. (Time Outs Left).• Physical and cabinet specifications:– Dimensions: 8'–0“ (2.44 m) High x 25'–0“ (7.62 m) Wide x 0'–8“ (203 mm) Deep.– Base weight: Maximum 820 lbs (372 kg).– Finish/color: Powder–coat or polyurethane finish with minimum 150+ standard color options.• Display and digit specifications:– Digit Technology: High–visibility outdoor LEDs with automatic/manual dimming capability.– Digit Color: Standard White (or optional Red/Amber). • Electrical and operating requirements:– Power requirements: 120 VAC on a dedicated circuit.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. (3) Pre–bid site visit will be held on August 4, 2026.
