(1) Vendor needs to provide catalog and curriculum management systems.– Provide an uptime guarantee of 99.9%. – Provide support response within the following timeframes: Critical (complete outage) – 1 hour; High (major feature broken, no workaround) – 4 hours; Normal (minor issue or question) – 1 business day. – Provide a dedicated account manager.– Ability to facilitate recurring, monthly meeting to discuss topics, including but not limited to, updates and issues within the systems. – Support the ability for the University to redirect a Pitt–owned URL/domain to the SaaS service, so the catalog and/or curriculum system can be accessed under a University–branded web address.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
