(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party administration and worker’s compensation claims service.• Provide retains outside counsel for worker’s compensation litigation matters.• Incoming Transition of Services– Active Claims• Full claims history and open claim files.• Medical records, payment histories, reserve levels, and adjuster notes.• Validation plans to ensure data accuracy and completeness.• Secure transfer protocols compliant with applicable privacy and security regulations.• The TPA will configure its systems to support the organization’s reporting equirements, workflows, user profiles, and any custom integrations.• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement– Develop a communication plan for internal teams, injured employees, medical providers, and other third parties• Provide training for organizational staff on new processes, portals, forms, and workflows.• Issue formal transition notices to all relevant external stakeholders.• Communications must be completed within the timeframes and milestones agreed upon with previous TPA.• Assign a Transition Manager responsible for coordination, issue resolution, and progress tracking.– Administrative Services:– Comply fully with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the administration of Workers Compensation claims.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
