(1) Vendor needs to provide superintendent search consultant services to the government authority located in Hamilton, NJ.1. Search process development:– Meeting with each board of education Superintendent Search Committee to develop a customized search process, with appropriate measurement tools and based upon the particular needs.2. Recruitment phase process:– Developing and implementing the recruitment phase of the searches, which would include: preparing advertisements, receiving and processing all applications, conducting appropriate background checks, identifying all qualified candidates, conducting preliminary interviews of said qualified candidates and providing to the board search committee with a list of semi–finalists.3. Interviewing and selection of candidates–semi–finalists or finalists:– Work closely with each board search committee, for the purpose of selecting and interviewing candidates from a list of semi–finalists.4. Appointment and transition process:– Conducting site visits and coordinating any interviews with various stakeholders of the school district, including parents, students and the general public.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
