CLEANING-13089 - USA (Anniston, Alabama) - Janitorial Service - Deadline July 30,2026

Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Anniston, AL. – Cleaning will be performed 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Cleaning may be allowed on the weekend, if needed (must be requested and approved in advance).– Monthly Requirements (provided nightly) Main Lobby Area: Clean and disinfect all chairs, tables, and glass in the lobby area. Clean all security glass doors on both sides; remove fingerprints, dust and marks on and around the light switches and door frames; sweep floors and mop floors (luxury vinyl tile (LVT) with disinfectant.– Janitorial Storage Closet: Janitorial closet is available for storage of supplies. This should be inspected every night and should be clean, neat, and orderly.– Restrooms (including shop building)• There are 10 bathrooms, 19 toilets, 22 sinks, and 5 urinals.• Floors are tiled with grout. All tile and grout are to be cleaned daily.– Breakroom/Kitchen:• Clean surfaces to include all countertops, sinks and faucets; remove any debris from tables and chairs; clean the exterior surfaces of all appliances and microwave interior.• Check walls and cabinets for splash/spill marks; empty and remove trash, replace trash can liner, damp wipe trash can (as needed) and return trash can to original location.– Doors: Disinfect all door handles throughout the building (hallways, lobby, bathrooms, etc.).– Breakroom/Kitchen: Sweep and mop floors.
