Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber optic line extension, drop and restoration services to the government authority located in Spokane Valley, WA.• Perform recurring fiber optic outside plant (OSP) construction, line extension, and emergency restoration services across the Noa Net service territory regions• Building fiber cable placement (standard, attic, EMT), building EMT conduit placement, core drilling (wood, concrete), cell site cabinet installation.• One–time mobilization/call–out fee to dispatch a crew to a work location; requires prior Nonet approval before dispatch.• Emergency–dispatched hourly rates (standard and overtime) for fiber splicer restoration (single– and two–person crews), aerial restoration crews, buried restoration crews, and lowboy/tractor–trailer transport.• Fiber and misc. materials, including service drop fiber (flat drop cable). • Utility pole data collection, field engineering/design/CAD by footage tier, OSP pre–fielding engineer and vehicle(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
