(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in Mahwah, NJ. – Custodial program for its outsourced academic and residential buildings that does not include desk–side trash collection or cleaning to personal workspaces and office areas and a program for its residential unit turnover cleaning.– An add–on for desk side trash to personal workspaces and office areas. – An add–on for cleaning to personal workspaces and office areas.– An appa level 2 base custodial program for its in–house cleaned academic buildings should it choose to outsource one or more of these buildings in the future. – Custodial and related services and an overview of the performance–based requirements.– Industry best–practices to ensure a healthy and safe environment for people who visit, learn, work, dine, or live at the included facilities.– The service provider shall provide all management, supervision, labor, transportation, supplies and materials, equipment, tools, safety measures, services, and special skills required to deliver custodial and related services as specified. Service provider shall plan, manage, schedule, coordinate, and ensure effective delivery of all services within the performance–based framework set forth herein.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026
