(1) Vendor needs to provide social services programming grant funds services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ.– Seeks to expand access to essential services and resources through non–profit and faith–based partners.– Grant provides funds to support community building through nonprofit and faith–based partners that expand access to essential services and resources and promote economic mobility for low– and moderate–income residents in county.– Conduct proactive outreach to eligible low– and moderate–income residents to increase awareness of available services.– Outreach strategies may include collaboration with community stakeholders, use of multilingual and culturally appropriate materials, participation in community events, coordination with County service locations, and engagement with trusted community partners.– Provide direct, community–based services designed to address immediate needs while supporting long–term stability, self–sufficiency, and improved quality of life.– Coordinated service delivery efforts to strengthen referral pathways, reduce duplication of services, and improve client outcomes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
